Product Introduction
Mixing method: An internal magnetic stirrer ensures no leakage from pump seals or maintenance challenges, guaranteeing leak-free rotating components and enhancing experimental safety.
Stirring motor: An imported, high-power motor that delivers robust power, strong torque, and smooth, rapid operation.
Gas inlet valve: Needle-type valve for gas inlet, with stable quality.
Sampling valve: Allows for sampling and analysis of the chemical reaction process anytime and anywhere during the reaction.
Automatic air vent valve: Conveniently used for vacuumizing the system and replacing gases before chemical reactions. After the reaction is complete, it serves as a safety relief valve.
Barometer: Real-time detection reflecting working pressure
Temperature Camera: Monitors the internal structure of the reaction vessel in real time, detecting the temperature of the heating module and controlling its heating process. Heating is rapid and control is highly precise.
Hydrogenation reactors are widely used in a variety of applications, including catalytic reaction kinetics, ultra-high-pressure and high-temperature synthesis, hydrogenation reactions, gas-liquid two-phase systems, liquid-liquid two-phase systems, chemical reactions, compositional analysis, reliability testing, corrosion detection, precision processing, supercritical fluid extraction, metal catalyst evaluation, and trend development. These reactors are primarily employed in industries such as petrochemicals, organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, polymer synthesis, and metallurgy.
Hydrogenation reactors feature heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and high production capacity, and are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, beverages, chemical manufacturing, pigment pastes, epoxy resins, and scientific research. These reactors integrate reaction vessels, automated control systems for reaction conditions, and experimental equipment, enabling precise control over critical parameters of the reaction process, including temperature, pressure, agitation, and the composition of products and reactants.
The hydrogenation reactor consists of a reactor vessel, a reactor lid, a jacket, a stirring device, a drive system, a water pump sealing assembly, supports, and other components. The materials commonly used include carbon-manganese steel, stainless steel plates, zirconium, nickel-based alloys (such as Hastelloy and Monel), and other composite materials. According to the reactor's structural design, it can be classified into three main types: open-type flat-head reactors, open-type butt-welded flange reactors, and closed-type reactors.
The stirring types commonly used in hydrogenation reactors include anchor-type, paddle-type, turbine-type, propeller-type, and ribbon-type. When the reactor has a high aspect ratio, double-layer impellers can be employed; alternatively, impellers can be custom-selected according to the customer’s specifications.
The sealing types of hydrogenation reactors can be categorized as follows: rotary seals, mechanical seals, and magnetic seals. The heating method employs electric heaters, while the cooling methods include jacket cooling and fan coil unit cooling inside the reactor vessel.
