The laboratory reactor is ushering in new transformations and opportunities.
Features of the laboratory reactor: The laboratory reactor is manufactured from Hastelloy B2 material. It is primarily used in educational institutions as well as in industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, fine chemicals, chemical synthesis, and food processing, for production stages including hydrolysis, neutralization and crystallization, distillation, evaporation, and storage. The laboratory reactor equipment mainly consists of three major components: the vessel body, the jacket, and the stirring system. The materials used in the laboratory reactor—specifically, all parts that come into contact with the process media—are made of high-quality stainless steels such as 304 or 316L, meeting GMP standards. Heating and cooling systems for the laboratory reactor: The heating methods available for the laboratory reactor include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil heating, to meet various operational requirements.

Features of the laboratory reactor: The laboratory reactor is manufactured using Hastelloy B2 material.
Laboratory reactors are primarily used in production processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization and crystallization, distillation, evaporation, and storage in industries including education, pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, fine chemicals, chemical synthesis, and food processing.
The laboratory reactor equipment mainly consists of three major components: the vessel, the jacket, and the agitation system.
Material of the laboratory reactor:
All parts that come into contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel grades such as 304 or 316L, complying with GMP standards.
Laboratory reactor heating and cooling:
The laboratory reactor can be heated using steam, electric heating, or thermal oil, catering to the process requirements of various working environments that demand resistance to acids, alkalis, high temperatures, abrasion, and corrosion.
Surface treatment of laboratory reactors:
The inner surface of the laboratory reactor vessel features a mirror-polished finish, ensuring there are no sanitary dead spots. Its fully enclosed design guarantees that the materials remain in a sterile condition at all times. The outer surface of the laboratory reactor vessel can be optionally treated with sandblasting, matte finishing, or cold-rolled, uncoated, matte finish.
All parts that come into contact with the material are made of Hastelloy, including all valve and pipeline components.
The laboratory reactor features a quick-opening structure and is equipped with functions such as a descending reactor body and a tilting mechanism.
The components of the laboratory reactor are arranged reasonably, with a compact structure that makes installation and operation extremely convenient.
The safety valve uses a rupture diaphragm with small deviation in the rupture pressure, rapid instantaneous venting, and high safety and reliability.
Equipped with needle valves and a reciprocating switching mechanism, this product is durable and features reliable sealing. All types of valves are installed in a rational manner.
The relief system is unobstructed and has no dead corners. A spigot-type valve is installed at the feed inlet for convenient material feeding.
The pot lid opening matches the design drawing, and the external接管 connected to the spare port is bent at approximately 120 degrees to the left.
Convenient for connecting hoses and other equipment. Install a discharge valve to reduce the number of times the lid needs to be opened.
For the purpose of convenient material discharge, the bottom discharge valve is a downward-opening valve, and the mixing action leaves no dead corners.
This reactor is equipped with a relief valve that can adjust the pressure between 1 and 5 megapascals, ensuring controllable and balanced pressure inside the reactor.
