Detailed Maintenance and Care Instructions for High-Pressure Reactors
A high-pressure reactor is a relatively sophisticated piece of equipment. To minimize equipment failures, extend its service life, and ensure it remains in good working condition, regular maintenance is essential. Specific maintenance guidelines include: 1. Before using the high-pressure reactor, carefully read the equipment’s instruction manual to understand its performance characteristics and become familiar with the locations, operating procedures, and precautions for each control switch and knob. Operate the equipment strictly according to the instructions provided. 2. When moving the high-pressure reactor, avoid subjecting it to violent shaking. Take reliable protective measures during transportation to prevent the equipment from colliding with other objects. 3. As much as possible, avoid placing the reactor near strong magnetic fields, dusty environments, or areas with unstable power supplies.

A high-pressure reactor is a relatively sophisticated piece of equipment. To minimize equipment failures, extend its service life, and ensure that the instrument remains in good working condition, regular maintenance is essential. Specific maintenance points are as follows:
1. Before using the high-pressure reactor, carefully read the equipment’s instruction manual to understand its performance characteristics and become familiar with the locations, operating procedures, and precautions for each control switch and knob on the device. Operate the equipment strictly according to the instructions.
2. When moving the high-pressure reactor, avoid violent shaking. During transportation, take reliable protective measures to prevent the equipment from colliding.
3. As much as possible, avoid using this device in environments near strong magnetic fields, dusty areas, places with large power fluctuations, areas subject to intense vibrations, or locations with temperatures that are excessively high or low.
4. During operation, the equipment should be protected from rain, snow, water, engine oil, and other substances entering its interior, to avoid damaging the equipment’s wiring and components.
5. When connecting to an external power source on the high-pressure reactor, carefully verify the equipment’s voltage to prevent incorrect connection and damage to components.
6. When pressing the keys, avoid applying excessive force—especially at the extreme positions—otherwise, the keys may become misaligned or damaged.
7. When unplugging the power socket or probe, grasp the plug’s housing with your hand and avoid pulling on the cable itself.
8. After each use, promptly wipe away any dust or oil stains from the surface of the high-pressure reactor and store it in a dry place.
9. In humid climates or during humid seasons, when equipment is not used for an extended period, it should be periodically powered on and run for more than half an hour at a time to remove moisture.
10. If the equipment malfunctions, immediately turn off the power and promptly call maintenance personnel for inspection and repair. Do not disassemble it at random, as this could exacerbate the problem and lead to an accident.
