What is the structure of a microreactor?
The structure of microreactors is essentially the same. They not only include a reaction chamber but also feature components such as a gearbox, stirring mechanism, and heating (or cooling) system. These components enhance heat transfer conditions, ensure relatively uniform regulation of reaction temperature, and do not intensify mass-transfer processes. Microreactors are also referred to as microhydrogen reactors or micro-magnetic high-pressure reactors. They boast advantages such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high production capacity, and are widely used in various industrial sectors including pharmaceuticals, beverages, chemical engineering, pigments, resins, and scientific research.

The microreactor is suitable for experiments involving fine chemical reactions in which temperature, inert gas, pressure, pH, conductivity, and redox potential need to be measured simultaneously during the reaction. It is also suitable for experiments involving fine chemical reactions in which temperature, inert gas, pressure, pH, conductivity, and redox potential need to be measured simultaneously during the reaction.
The micro-high-pressure parallel reactor is available in 6-position, 8-position, and 12-position parallel configurations. It can be used either continuously or individually in parallel mode. It features a patented insert-type glass-sensor assembly with a working temperature range below 400°C. The standard display accuracy is as follows: The reactor is equipped with a mixing device, a reaction vessel body made of pure titanium, electric heating fibers, and an insert-type glass sensor that allows direct heating from the bottom of the reaction chamber. Temperature is precisely controlled by adjusting the heat via a series of electric heating fibers. The reactor body is made entirely of pure titanium and can withstand operating pressures up to 6 MPa. Its working temperature range is below 400°C. Both stirring speed and temperature are displayed digitally. Various accessories and interfaces are provided as standard equipment. This product has been protected by three domestic invention patents and can be replicated and studied further. The system can be monitored in real time via dedicated software, and inert gases can be introduced to prevent the reactants from coming into direct contact with air. The reactor is fitted with sensors for temperature, pressure, pH value, and electrical conductivity, enabling accurate measurement of relevant parameters.
What is the structure of a microreactor?
The reaction unit consists of a vessel body, a vessel cover, clamps, a stirrer, a transmission device, a shaft sealing device, supports, and other components. When the stirring column has a large diameter, it can be equipped with multi-layer impellers, or the number of impeller layers can be customized according to the user’s requirements. Clamps can be installed on the outside of the support structure, heat-exchange surfaces can be installed inside the equipment, and heat exchange can also be achieved through external circulation. The support structures include either supported types or pedestal-supported types. When the rotational speed exceeds 160 rpm, a gear reducer should be used. The batch size, specifications, or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to the customer’s specific needs.
1. Packing seals are typically used under atmospheric or low-pressure conditions. Generally, the pressure used is less than 2 kg.
2. Mechanical seals are typically used under medium pressure or vacuum conditions. The typical pressure range is around atmospheric pressure or 4 kg.
3. Magnetic seals are typically used under high-pressure conditions or when the medium has high volatility—generally at pressures exceeding 14 kg. In addition to using water for cooling in all magnetic seals, other sealing types can be equipped with additional cooling water jackets when operating at temperatures above 120 degrees Celsius.
