Reactor: Installation and Operation Guidelines for Reactors

1. Reaction vessel It should be placed indoors. If multiple autoclaves are installed, they must be positioned separately. Each operating room should have an exit or passage directly leading to the outdoors, and the equipment’s location should be well-ventilated.

2. Installation Reaction vessel When placing the lid, make sure that the sealing surfaces between the body and the lid do not come into contact with each other. Carefully position the lid onto its designated spot on the kettle stand. When tightening the main nut, be sure to tighten it several times in a diagonally symmetrical pattern. Apply even pressure—do not allow the lid to tilt to one side—in order to achieve a proper seal.

3. At the joint between the positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts can rotate; the sealing surfaces of the two arcs must not rotate relative to each other. When assembling all nut-and-bolt joints, lubricant grease should be applied.

4. The needle valve threads can only be sealed by gently rotating the valve needle and pressing down on the valve cap.

5. Rotate the entire spine of the kettle by hand to check whether the mechanism operates smoothly.

6. The controller should be placed flat on the workbench, with an operating environment temperature ranging from 10 to 40°C and relative humidity below 85%. The surrounding medium must be free of conductive dust and corrosive gases.

7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the front and rear panels are functioning properly. Pull out the top cover and inspect the connector contacts for looseness, as well as for any damage or corrosion caused by improper handling and storage during transportation and storage.

8. The controller must be securely grounded.

9. Connect all the wires between the controller and the kettle, including the power cord, the electric stove cord, and the motor wire, as well as the temperature sensor and speedometer wires.

10. Close Reaction vessel On the panel “Power” air switch, for displaying digital display devices.

11. Set various parameters (such as the upper alarm temperature and operating temperature). Press the “Heating” switch on the digital display to turn on the electric furnace, and the indicator light for the “Heating” switch will illuminate. Adjust the heating pressure of the electric furnace by turning the “Pressure Adjustment” knob.

12. Press the “Mix” switch to power the hybrid motor. At the same time, the indicator light on the “Mix” switch will illuminate. Slowly turn the “Speed Control” knob, and the motor will start rotating slowly. Check whether the motor is rotating in the correct direction. If it is, stop the machine, tighten the belt, and then restart.

13. After surgery, the vessel can be allowed to cool naturally, cooled with water, or cooled using a support frame. As the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas from the vessel to reduce the pressure to normal (as indicated by the pressure gauge reading 0). Then, symmetrically and evenly loosen the main nut, remove the main nut, and carefully take off the vessel lid. Place the lid on a rack.

14. After each operation, it must be cleared. Reaction vessel Residues on the fuselage and hood. The main seal should be cleaned regularly and kept clean; do not use hard objects or rough surfaces to wipe it.
