Microreactor It is used to dissolve samples—including inorganic substances, organic compounds, and ores—in high-pressure, high-temperature environments (<200℃) using strong bases or strong acids.
Microreactor Application features:
1 Microreactor By using a simple method to maintain strong bases and strong acids at temperatures above their boiling points, the analysis process can be accelerated, the time required for operational progress can be shortened, and the dissolution rate of samples can be increased compared to dissolving them in open containers at atmospheric pressure and room temperature.
2 Microreactor It can withstand chemical corrosion from a wide variety of strong bases and strong acids because the inner flask is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which boasts exceptionally strong corrosion resistance. As a result, glass, minerals, other organic materials, and inorganic materials can rapidly dissolve in solutions containing strong bases and strong acids.
3 Microreactor When the bottle body is heated—or especially cooled—polytetrafluoroethylene tends to leak and loosen because the thermal expansion coefficient of the PTFE lining inside the bottle is greater than that of the bottle’s outer shell. To prevent this from happening, all dissolution bottles feature a unique sealing mechanism: they are equipped with a spring-loaded cap that continuously maintains pressure on the sealing surface.
4 Microreactor Using a unique wrench, it’s easy to operate and allows for quick tightening and loosening.
