  High-pressure reactor Maintenance of:

1 High-pressure reactor The regulations regarding oiling, cooling, and other related aspects should be strictly followed, and proper equipment maintenance and upkeep should be carried out.

2 High-pressure reactor Operate and use the device strictly according to the calibrated operating temperature and working pressure to avoid causing dangerous injuries.

3 High-pressure reactor When using any of the valves, press firmly against the sealing surface and slowly turn the valve stem (needle) to achieve a tight seal. When closing the valve, avoid damaging the sealing surface; therefore, do not apply excessive force.

4 High-pressure reactor It should be installed on a level, sturdy workbench. The height of the workbench should be determined based on the specific application requirements. Sufficient space must be left around the equipment on all sides.

5 High-pressure reactor Overload protection devices shall be installed as required, and electrical control instruments shall be operated by designated personnel.

6 High-pressure reactor During installation, the ground surface must be perpendicular to the transmission shaft.

7 High-pressure reactor The spare parts and safety valves for reactors installed on various process pipelines must be equipped strictly in accordance with the requirements for the reactors themselves.

8 High-pressure reactor After installation is complete, check the reliability and tightness of the transmission components and all connected parts. Conduct an air-tightness test on all connecting pipes, seals, pipe openings, and the entire machine; there should be no signs of leakage, bubbling, seepage, or dripping.

9 High-pressure reactor The choice of flow regime is influenced by the viscosity of the stirring medium, and the conditions for baffles and impeller types should be determined based on the stirring purpose and the desired flow regime.

10 High-pressure reactor Before starting the machine, inject mechanical oil into the gearbox. High-pressure reactor Check whether the agitator blades are scraping against the vessel wall. Open the motor guard and manually rotate the impeller to verify that there is no jamming or sluggishness. Only after cleaning any debris from the reactor vessel can you power on and start the equipment.
