　　Many customers, when purchasing an autoclave, raise questions about the entry and exit of gases during the reaction process. Below, I’ll briefly address the issue of setting up the gas inlet pipe on the autoclave, to help customers choose the right inlet pipe for their needs.

　　Generally, gases are introduced into the autoclave via stainless steel tubing connected to both the autoclave and the gas cylinder. There are two types of threaded connections on this stainless steel tubing: one is left-handed thread, primarily used for flammable, explosive, or toxic gases such as hydrogen and oxygen; the other is right-handed thread, mainly intended for ordinary gases like nitrogen and argon—these are inert gases. When users handle multiple gases simultaneously, they can introduce and switch among different gases by adding additional inlet valves or by installing a three-way valve onto an existing inlet valve.

　　Of course, some customers may need a gas inlet pipe connected to a gas pressure-reducing valve when using an autoclave. In such cases, please promptly inform our sales staff, as the thread type of this type of inlet pipe differs from the thread type used with cylinders mentioned above.
