Magnetic Stirred Reactor: What are the components of a magnetic stirred reactor?
The sealing device of a magnetic stirrer reactor can adopt sealing structures such as mechanical seals and packing seals. Heating and cooling can be achieved through jacketed designs, half-tube systems, coil systems, and Miller plates. The heating methods for magnetic stirrer reactors include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil heating, enabling them to meet various process requirements such as acid resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance under different working environments. 1. The heating furnace is used to heat the reactor body itself. It features a cylindrical silicon furnace core mounted on a cylindrical furnace body, with heating resistance wires running through it. This design offers excellent heat transfer efficiency and rapid temperature rise. A socket is provided at the lower end of the furnace body; during operation, it is connected to the controller via a cable. 2. A magnetic stirrer reactor is a...

Magnetic Stirred Reactor The sealing device can adopt sealing structures such as mechanical seals and packing seals. Heating and cooling can be achieved through jacketed designs, half-tube systems, coil systems, and Miller plates. The magnetic stirring reactor can be heated using steam, electric heating, or thermal oil, thereby meeting process requirements for acid resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance in various working environments.
1. The heating furnace is used to heat the reactor body itself. The cylindrical furnace body is equipped with a cylindrical silicon heating core, through which heating resistance wires are threaded. This design offers excellent heat transfer efficiency and rapid temperature rise. A socket is provided at the lower end of the furnace body; during operation, it is connected to the controller via a cable.
2. Magnetic Stirred Reactor It is a permanent-magnet coupling device consisting of inner and outer ring-shaped magnets with a pressure-bearing gasket in between. The servo motor transmits the stirring torque via the magnetic force between the inner and outer magnets. The spacer washers are equipped with speed-sensing elements. As the stirrer rotates along with the inner magnet, the electronic components generate an induced signal that is transmitted to the controller, displaying the operating speed of the magnetic stirrer.
3. Magnetic Stirred Reactor The reactor vessel primarily facilitates reactions involving the materials contained within it; the materials used can include: Made of TA2, the reactor body and flange are connected by a threaded joint. The sealing system between the reactor body and the reactor lid employs a non-heated, arc-shaped surface combined with a conical surface for sealing. This design achieves enhanced sealing performance thanks to its high machining precision and the tightening force exerted by the main bolts.
4. Magnetic Stirred Reactor The main components of the cover are equipped with a magnetic stirrer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof valve, air valve, sampling valve, cooling coil, and more. These components allow adjustment of the material composition, proportion, temperature, and pressure within the magnetization reactor, ensuring its safe operation.
The magnetic reactor can be designed and manufactured according to the user’s process requirements. The magnetic reactor consists of a kettle body, a kettle lid, a jacket, a stirrer, a drive mechanism, a shaft sealing device, a support structure, and other components.
