The top and bottom covers are constructed from metallic materials—such as various grades of stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, and other corrosion-resistant alloys. Heating is achieved either through a stainless steel electric heating jacket or via transparent silicone oil. These reactors offer significant advantages in terms of pressure resistance, temperature tolerance, and corrosion resistance. In particular, the excellent transparency of the reactor vessel allows for easy observation of the reaction medium’s changes during the process, creating ideal conditions for filming and video recording the reaction inside the reactor. The glass reactors have a capacity ranging from 0.5 to 50 liters, with a maximum working pressure of ≤1.0 MPa and a maximum working temperature of ≤220℃.
