The inner magnetic steel assembly is sealed within a hermetically sealed cylinder made of stainless steel, which is connected to the stirring mechanism. The sealed cylinder, together with the reactor lid, reactor body, and fastening components, forms a static sealing chamber, ensuring that the reaction medium remains completely enclosed in a state of static sealing, free from any leakage, contamination, or risk to personnel. A speed-regulating motor drives the outer magnetic steel assembly; the strong magnetic force passes through the stainless steel sealed cylinder without contact, attracting and self-aligning with the strong magnetic force of the inner magnetic steel assembly, which is also sealed within the cylinder. This interaction generates an axial rotational torque, enabling high-temperature and high-pressure stirring reactions.

As a result, it can maintain the reaction medium completely in a static sealed state under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, high vacuum, high rotational speed, solid-liquid suspension, and convection, enabling safe and efficient reactions involving harsh media such as flammable, explosive, highly toxic substances, and hydrogen.
The unique self-lubricating bushing features high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, as well as excellent corrosion and wear resistance, effectively preventing secondary contamination and ensuring material purity. It is ideally suited for mixing, suspending, and convecting gas/liquid/solid materials, handling highly viscous substances, and performing high-speed stirring and reaction processes. All sealing areas employ line sealing, ensuring that the entire equipment is completely leak-free.
