Homogeneous reactor

The homogeneous reactor can be used to test the reaction behavior of media composed of the same components under different conditions, or to test the reaction behavior of media composed of different components under the same conditions. This product employs a forced-air/constant-temperature drying oven as the heating and temperature-control device. A motor-reducer drives the stirring shaft inside the chamber, which in turn rotates the RD-type pressure reactor installed on the stirring shaft, thereby achieving the purpose of stirring and reacting. The chamber dimensions are available in two sizes: 600×800×1000 (capable of accommodating up to 12 pressure reactors of 200 mL or less per batch) or 400×400×450 (capable of accommodating up to 6 pressure reactors of 100 mL or less per batch). Custom designs based on user requirements are also available.
